- Run: The majority of the trail run is on non-technical single-track with stunning vistas and beautiful waterfalls and creeks. There is two 13.1 mile loops.
- Bike: The bike is almost entirely on gravel fireroads, with approximately 2-miles per lap of single/double track. There is two 56 mile loops on rolling hills through densely wooded forests.
