19th Annual Wolfman Duathlon
- Trail Run 3 miles, Mountain Bike 6.5 miles, Trail Run 1 miles
- Start Time: 9 AM
- Location: Shelby Farms, Gate 11 on Raleigh LaGrange Rd
- Course Info: All off road single track trails and woods. Very fast course.
- 3 mile run on the Tour de Wolf Trail.
- 6.5 mile MTB on the Tour de Wolf Trail
- The 1 mile run at the end is around an open field which makes it very spectator friendly.

- All age group awards, including Male and Female or mixed teams.
- Great post race party with music and hamburgers etc.
- Directions: North side of Shelby Farms on Raleigh-Lagrange Road, Gate 11 (Shelby County) arch over gate.
