Course Info: The event will be take place at the beautiful Grafton Beach on the second to last island in the Caribbean, Tobago. After completing the 750m swim through turquoise water you move onto 10km of flat to rolling hills. A 5km loop of the same course must be done to complete the event.

Sprint Triathlon (Age Group & 16-19yrs.) - 750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run

Olympic Triathlon (Elite, Age Group & Team Relay) - 1.5k swim / 40k bike / 10k run

Kids of Steel (7-9yrs./ 10-12yrs./ 13-15yrs.) - Varous distances

Course Info:

The swim course is adjacent to the Pineapple Festival in the protected waters of Gregory Town's famous cove.

The bike course loops twice through town and includes one good climb each loop.

Bike and run past inland lagoons, salt pans and pineapple farms!

More: Places to stay include The Cove, Surfer's Beach Manor, Rainbow Inn, Cambridge Villas and Surfer's Haven. We are working on a triathlon rate for each venue.

Pineapple Fest is an annual event featuring music, pageants, food & drink and PINEAPPLES!

On the Saturday before the triathlon there is a 40-mile bike race also.

Directions To Race: Fly into Governor's Harbour or North Eleuthera airports or find a cheap airfare into Nassau and hop a daily flight on Bahamasair or Southern Air from there. Email for more helpful travel information.

Course Info: Main event site will be at the Viva Wyndham Resort at Fortuna Beach just outside of Freeport. The beach offers a spectacular swim location with crystal clear water. The island has paved roads in excellent condition for biking with little traffic. We found the only two hills on the island-they're bridges, otherwise it's flat and fast.

1.2 mile swim in turquoise waters.

56 mile bike on scenic island roads.

13.1 mile run finishing at the Viva Wyndham.
